Java Engineer

Daily Duties would include:

- Overseeing the development of work products.
- Ensuring project deliverable are of high quality and delivered on time
- Providing consultative services on BPM products such as Pegasystem's PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) or similar product suites (BPM training provided)
- Collaborate with process analysts to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement high-quality technical solutions using client preferred BPM suite (BPMS)
- Participating as a key member on a project team throughout project life cycle
- Responsible for producing specific technical deliverables that meet or exceed functional and technical requirements on time and within budget

Requirements

Personal & Technical Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree required
2. Experience architecting and developing Object Oriented (OO) applications in Java (JEE)
3. Understanding of complete SDLC (includes Estimation, Analysis, Business Interfacing, project/product management, Testing)
4. Knowledge of system architectural concepts including Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
5. Knowledge of technologies such as SOAP, XML and Java Script
7. Experience with Relational Databases and SQL queries
8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
9. Ability and willingness to learn new concepts quickly and apply current knowledge to new challenges
10. Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences
11. Consulting experience a plus
12. FLUENT WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH.
